🚀 Curevia is hiring a Tech Lead and Co-Founder (Fullstack + AI)
Curevia is building a modern healthcare platform with a clear mission. We want to eliminate unnecessary administration in healthcare and free up more time, resources and energy for the people who actually deliver care. Our goal is to create an AI-powered system that connects healthcare staff and clinics in a seamless and transparent way and improves the quality and efficiency of care across the country.
We are looking for a Tech Lead and Co-Founder who wants to build this from the ground up together with us. This is not a traditional developer job. It is a chance to take full ownership of the product and the technical direction, make fast decisions and shape something meaningful from day one. You will work directly with the founder in a fast-moving environment where ideas quickly become reality.
You should enjoy solving real problems, learning fast and thinking creatively. You are curious about how AI can be applied to healthcare and you want to work with modern tools to build something that has genuine societal value. You thrive when you have freedom, responsibility and the ability to influence the outcome. You are humble, hands-on and eager to contribute wherever needed. Most importantly, you want to be a co-founder and help shape a product and company from the start.
You do not need to know everything in our stack, but you should be comfortable working fullstack and excited to learn what you do not yet know. Today we work with Supabase, Vercel, Next.js, React, Typescript, and AI technologies such as LLM integrations, embeddings and agent-based workflows.
The role is full-time and remote friendly, preferably based in Sweden. Start as soon as possible. Compensation is a combination of salary and founder equity, adjusted to your experience and fit.
