Job Description

Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. Our customers include well-known medium to large companies in all industries, such as Axpo, Raiffeisen Bank and Calida Group. More than 400 companies already use Sherpany.

As Our Team Lead, You Will

  • Guide, inspire, and support our Nordic, Benelux & Italy Sales team as a hands-on leader in their day-to-day operations
  • Partner with our VP Sales to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the markets
  • Leverage data and insights to drive smart, goal-oriented decisions and deliver strong results
  • Present Sherpany’s vision and value to C-level decision makers across industries - and win them over.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
  • Help shape the future of our sales organization with your ideas, expertise, and drive

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and talent nurturing
  • A track record in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership - from prospecting to closing
  • Deep understanding of the market landscapes and their dynamics
  • You thrive on networking, relationship-building, and your communication skills leave a lasting impression
  • Highly self-organized and goal-driven - you love setting ambitious goals and achieving them.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English; any additional Nordic language is a plus
