We are looking for an Assistant to join our Marketing Recruitment team.
As the Team Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing Recruitment leadership team. You will be a crucial point of contact between the Senior Vice President Student Recruitment Partnerships, employees, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and coordination both online and face to face. This position requires developed organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and reactive environment.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Proven experience in a similar role supporting a leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of initiative and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in an agile environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
- A confident communicator, in both spoken and written English.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within and across culturally diverse teams.
- Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms, to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomy.
