Position: ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher

Requirements
- Proven experience teaching ESL / ELL learners (online or in-person)
- Strong command of English with excellent spoken and written communication
- High cultural sensitivity and ability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation clearly and patiently
- Comfortable using online teaching tools, video platforms, and digital learning resources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to learner progress
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
Preferred
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL certification
- Experience teaching adult learners or global student populations
- Familiarity with modern ESL pedagogy and digital teaching tools
Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to learner proficiency levels
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills
- Assess learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Foster an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom environment
- Use real-world examples, multimedia, and interactive activities to improve engagement
- Provide individualized guidance to help learners overcome language barriers
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and learning outcomes
- Collaborate asynchronously with curriculum and program teams when required
