Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine AI-driven curricula for digital learning environments
- Develop engaging instructional materials aligned with academic standards
- Conduct academic assessments and analyze learning data to inform curriculum improvements
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on digital learning platforms and AI integration
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure pedagogical accuracy and alignment
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse stakeholders
- Apply best practices in instructional design and stay current with education technology trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Strong experience working as an educator
- Strong experience in curriculum planning, instructional design, and academic assessments
- Strong analytical rigor in evaluating curriculum effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Strong experience with digital learning platforms and educational technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design inclusive, engaging, and adaptive educational materials
