About the Opportunity:


The organization builds identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy by verifying legitimate identities in real time and preventing fraud. The Talent Sourcer / Coordinator role supports recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle by managing interview logistics, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and proactively sourcing talent for open roles. This position balances high-volume scheduling with hands-on sourcing to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines, while maintaining an efficient, candidate-friendly, data-driven, and compliant hiring process.


Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for candidates, panels, and high-volume pipelines across multiple time zones

• Coordinate candidate and interviewer communications and provide timely updates

• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, interview feedback, and dispositioning in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Prepare interview materials, collect interviewer feedback, and coordinate candidate travel or virtual interview logistics as needed

• Support recruiting events, referral programs, and onboarding coordination with cross-functional teams

• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and employment regulations

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process improvements and implement best practices

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent pools, referrals, and other channels

• Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and support recruiter-led engagement efforts

• Assist in building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Post and maintain job openings on the careers site and external job boards with consistent messaging and accurate descriptions

• Track sourcing activity and pipeline health to support reporting and continuous improvement


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or related talent support role

• Experience sourcing candidates or strong interest in developing sourcing skills

• Familiarity with ATS (Ashby preferred), scheduling tools, and productivity software (Google Workspace)

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

• Commitment to equitable and inclusive recruiting practices and support for DEI initiatives

• Interest or experience with recruiting data, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
