We offer a transparent, outcome-based commission structure. You earn a significant placement fee every time a match results in a hire.
Fee Share
Example (on a £25,000 fee)
- AI Network Referral - 20% of fee = £5,000
- Manual Referral - 20% of fee = £5,000
- Add a Screening Call - +10% of fee = +£2,500
- Outreach (~1 hr/week) - +10% of fee = +£2,500
Example: Refer and screen a candidate who is placed on a £25,000 fee → £7,500 for you.
