What you'll do
→ Upload your connections > AI surfaces your strongest matches > Reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you
→ Refer candidates directly
→ Run short screening calls
→ Use outreach tools if you want to scale with minimal time input
Most active partners spend 2–4 hours per week on the platform.
How you earn
→ AI Network Referrals — 20% of placement fee
→ Manual Referrals — 20% of placement fee
→ Add a screening call — 10% of placement fee
→ Outreach — 10% of placement fee ~1 hour/week
Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a £25,000 fee → £7,500 to you.
