What you'll do

β†’ Upload your connections > AI surfaces your strongest matches > Reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you

β†’ Refer candidates directly

β†’ Run short screening calls

β†’ Use outreach tools if you want to scale with minimal time input


Most active partners spend 2–4 hours per week on the platform.


How you earn

β†’ AI Network Referrals β€” 20% of placement fee

β†’ Manual Referrals β€” 20% of placement fee

β†’ Add a screening call β€” 10% of placement fee

β†’ Outreach β€” 10% of placement fee ~1 hour/week


Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a Β£25,000 fee β†’ Β£7,500 to you.
