Job Title: Talent & HR Coordinator

Location: Remote – United Kingdom

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Remote

Salary: £13 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain talent pipelines and manage candidate communications
  • Assist with onboarding, contracts, and offer letters
  • Support wider HR functions such as training and employee engagement
  • Help maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation


Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus
