Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain talent pipelines and manage candidate communications
- Assist with onboarding, contracts, and offer letters
- Support wider HR functions such as training and employee engagement
- Help maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus
