Creator Talent Agent / Talent Manager

Remote | Full-Time

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Drive Agency represents the next generation of category-defining creators: operators, founders, experts, educators, and media-driven entrepreneurs building real businesses around their expertise.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Agent / Talent Manager who brings relationships, taste, deal instincts, and ideally a roster or book of business they’re ready to grow.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a builder role.

You’ll advocate for creators, source and close brand partnerships, develop long-term career strategy, and help clients expand across brand deals, speaking, advisory, products, licensing, media, and owned businesses.

The Job:

  • Represent a roster of creators with subject matter expertise
  • Partner clients with brands
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, marketers, and creators
  • Think beyond a brand partnership and help clients navigate the ever-changing creator economy to help them build a durable business
  • Collaborate with your peers on ideas, strategy, and packaging sponsorships

Other things:

  • Proven experience managing creators, talent, executives, or media personalities
  • A plus: an existing book of business, roster, and meaningful industry relationships
  • Eye for talent
  • High integrity. We treat talent, brands, and teammates the way we’d want to be treated
  • A builder mentality. You want a real voice in shaping a fast-growing agency, not just a seat in an established machine

Compensation: Base salary starts at $70,000 with uncapped commission. For the right candidate with an established roster, experience, or meaningful revenue history, we’re open to structuring a higher base or custom compensation model.

How to apply:

Apply on LinkedIn, email [email protected] with 1. an intro about yourself, 2. an overview of your current roster, industry relationships, and 3. why you want to work here vs another agency.

Applications that do not include both steps will not be reviewed.
