Talent Acquisition Partner Commercial/Marketing Roles 6-Month FTC
A South East-based games studio is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support a series of new hires across Commercial (Finance, Data/Analytics), IT (Web, Security) and Marketing functions. Founded by seasoned industry professionals, the team comprises award-winning developers with AAA backgrounds and a track record of delivering high-quality, critically acclaimed games.
This role is key to maintaining the studio s high standards by attracting top-tier talent. You ll be responsible for a wide range of recruitment activities from posting job ads on the studio s website to managing the end-to-end hiring process. This includes CV screening, longlisting, coordinating and participating in interviews, and guiding candidates through to the offer stage. You ll also serve as the first point of contact for new starters.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you ll play an active role in stakeholder meetings and be skilled in identifying, attracting, and selecting candidates who will make a meaningful impact ranging from graduate to lead-level hires while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
You ll also be expected to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and help drive the studio s recruitment strategy. This includes attending university events and identifying talent at all levels, from graduates to experienced professionals.

Requirements
- Proven Internal Recruitment experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Excel, ATS, and HR databases
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to attend global events
- Experience recruiting for Marketing, Finance, and Commercial roles
- Bonus: Experience in the video games industry or creative sectors such as IT, VR, Web Development, or Creative Agencies
