We are seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition / Talent Strategist to join forces while we grow. This is a remote, client-facing role where you will use your superpowers to help business executives find their A-Team and build scalable recruitment solutions from the ground up.

- Role: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Pay: Starting at $32 per hour
- Location: US - Fully Remote
Talent Scout: Own the full lifecycle—from expert sourcing and screening to the final close—ensuring a winning experience for clients and candidates.
Strategist: Build the growth engine by crafting compelling Job Descriptions, employer branding, and structured interview loops that scale.
Matchmaker: Consult with business owners to define the ideal candidate avatar, looking beyond resumes to find the perfect skillset and cultural fit.
Pipeline Wizard: Proactively build talent benches so our clients are never caught off-guard when it’s time to scale.
Tech Stack Sorcery: Implement and manage modern ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and AI tools to keep the hiring machine humming.
The Experience: You have 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in a consulting or agency setting. You know how to pivot between different industries and roles at lightning speed.
Tech-Savvy: Your utility belt is stocked with digital tools. You are proficient in Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and Monday.com to stay organized and collaborative.
Speed & Agility: You are self-motivated and resourceful. Our clients move fast; the ability to provide candidate updates and respond to inquiries within 1 business day is essential.
Culture: You take your craft seriously (a bad hire is our kryptonite!), but you like to have fun and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment. We all win when our superpowers unite.
The Bat-Signal: We need a consistent availability commitment of at least 15 hours a week M-F during business hours.
Growth: If you have greater availability, hours can ramp up as we onboard new clients and open more reqs.
