Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: United Kingdom (Fully Remote)
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the UK and EU, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with strong exposure to international hiring and business-facing recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK and Germany (EU) roles, primarily commercial and sales positions
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and feedback loops
• Manage and work with external recruitment agencies when required
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies
• Track hiring progress, pipelines, and recruitment data
• Support offer coordination and onboarding handover
Requirements
• Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment, ideally covering UK and/or Europe
• Experience recruiting commercial / sales roles is strongly preferred
• Solid sourcing and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable working remotely with a high level of ownership
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter systems
