If you are up to the challenge of high-volume recruiting, we are looking for an Associate Level Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support recruiting for facilities throughout North America. This is a temporary 3-month contract with a possibility of it extending longer. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, creative, and solutions-driven, have exceptional relationship-building capabilities with internal business partners, and be results-driven. Experience recruiting for hourly blue-collar construction or industrial roles is preferred.
- This is a remote temporary 3-month contract position.
- The primary work schedule is Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST.
Responsibilities
- Have open dialogue and effective communication with hiring managers and HR managers.
- Source and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates to fill open hourly-level positions.
- Perform 20-30-minute phone interviews on each candidate.
- Write a detailed summary of each phone interview.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Coordinate scheduling onsite interviews with nominated candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to determine the outcome of onsite interviews.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails (perform a minimum of 10 phone interviews per shift).
- Hire a minimum of 3-5 candidates per week.
Required Education/Skills
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2+ years or more of experience with high-volume recruiting
- Experience with Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting tools
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is preferred
