We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts, compensation discussions, and joining formalities in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or recruitment tools.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices and recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, non-technical, or niche roles (as applicable).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
