About the Opportunity
We are supporting a major hiring surge with L3Harris Technologies and are actively seeking experienced Technical Recruiters / TA Sourcers to join a high-impact talent acquisition team. This role focuses on direct-hire engineering and technical requisitions, many of which are hard-to-fill and require cleared talent pipelines.
You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier engineering talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for engineering and technical roles (e.g., electrical, mechanical, systems, software, manufacturing)
- Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche skill sets, including cleared candidates
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Engage passive candidates and drive full-cycle recruiting or sourcing support
- Partner closely with hiring managers and TA leadership to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or TA Sourcer supporting engineering/technical roles
- Strong track record filling hard-to-fill or niche technical positions
- Experience sourcing for cleared roles (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) highly preferred
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent market mapping
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting Aerospace & Defense hiring
- Experience working with government contractors or cleared programs
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
