What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), etc.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a bonus
- Based in Switzerland with full working rights
