We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, compensation discussions, and joining formalities in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or recruitment tools.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hiring practices and recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for technical, non-technical, or niche roles (as applicable).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
