A creative AI start‑up operating at the intersection technology and product innovation. The company is entering a major scale‑up phase, growing from a 15‑person team to around 50 this year. The culture is highly collaborative, remote‑first with regular European off‑sites.


Role

You will lead all talent acquisition activity across technical and non‑technical roles. This includes sourcing exceptional candidates, shaping hiring processes, advising founders on best‑practice recruitment and introducing new tools to elevate the candidate experience. The role is fully remote within the EU time zone and requires close partnership with the founding team.



Candidate

You bring a blend of creativity, structure and sound judgement, ideally gained in fast‑paced, high‑calibre environments such as investment firms, VC, tech or similar. Strong English is essential; German is an advantage. You are confident owning the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting HR processes.
