This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and global TA team - it offers the chance to play a pivotal role in the long-term approach to talent acquisition & future talent for the organization. We are looking for a solutions-focused Talent Acquisition Lead with a proactive outlook, excellent communication & relationship building skill, with a keen customer focused outlook


Key Responsibilities

• Manage & deliver on full cycle, end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, shortlisting & interview management, evaluating candidates and providing feedback; through to offer negotiation and on-boarding.

• Attract and source the best fit talent through use of a variety of channels including social platforms, professional networks, the Careers website, internal campaigns.

• Partner & collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to find top talent for the region, provide expert advice on all recruitment related matters and processes

• Demonstrate a consultative working style by providing relevant metrics and creative hiring recommendations basis extensive market intelligence and insights ensuring fulfilment targets are met within defined SLAs.

• Accurately maintain, track, and report on recruitment metrics to improve service and delivery to assigned business groups.

• Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.


Role Requirements

• In-house recruitment experience working as a Resourcing/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist preferred

• Experienced at managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) across a variety of roles.

• Demonstrable stakeholder management experience with a successful track record of building effective and credible relationships both internally and externally.

• Knowledge of the local marketplace, to enable building relationships both immediate and long-term hiring needs.

• Experience in sourcing methodology through social media platforms and recruiting tools

• Highly effective communicator with excellent time management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.

• Strong data driven approach

• Experience in working with ATSs
