About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives and breathes the entertainment/media space, understands the pulse of the creative community, and is obsessed with finding the right voices behind the content. You’ll be hiring Promo Writers, Content Writers, Leads, and Production/Pre-Production talent, Creative Leads — primarily across the EU markets — helping us bring rich, culturally-rooted stories to our audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a creative matchmaker — partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring plans for content, production, and writing roles
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles by sourcing, attract, and engage top creative talent from the entertainment industry
- Leverage your network to identify local communities to find candidates who deeply understand both the English and German audience and bring cultural insight into their storytelling
- Keep the ATS and recruitment tracker updated with accurate data while staying on top of local labor laws and compliance.
- Collaborate with People Ops, Business Leaders, and Finance to align on hiring timelines and budgets
What You Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in media, entertainment, or content-led industries
- A strong network in the TV, writing, production, or creative arts industry
- Prior experience hiring for international markets — especially European regions
- Bias for action, eye for creative talent, and a passion for building something from scratch
