About the Opportunity: The Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle to secure top-tier talent for critical programs. This role partners with hiring leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies, source qualified candidates nationwide, and guide hiring decisions. It plays a key part in ensuring the organization attracts and hires skilled professionals to meet its strategic goals
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key aeronautics roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to tailor recruiting strategies
- Source and engage highly skilled candidates across the country
- Support hiring teams in candidate evaluation and selection
- Negotiate employment offers and communicate career opportunities
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies through applicant tracking systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of human resources or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting including sourcing and candidate screening
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as BrassRing, Taleo, iCims, or Success Factors
- Strong skills in preparing and negotiating employment offers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience recruiting technical roles, including candidates with security clearances
- Knowledge of external sourcing methods and passive candidate engagement
- Data analytics skills including advanced Excel and workforce metrics
- Experience using labor market data to inform recruiting strategies
- Skilled in strategic use of AI to improve sourcing and recruiting efficiency
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The annual base salary range for this position in certain states is $73,800 - $130,180, varying by candidate location and other factors. Salary offers consider role scope, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
