We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-impact, high-visibility hiring across the Energy / Industrial sector. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work closely with business leaders, own recruiting strategy, and help build teams that support innovation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for complex, hard-to-fill roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and market insights
- Partner with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and candidate-first recruitment experience
- Lead and negotiate complex offers aligned with market and business needs
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of overall recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting engineering, PhD-level, and emerging technology talent (AI, Software, Robotics)
- Experience recruiting within the Energy or Industrial sector
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating across time zones
