Role Description


We are hiring experienced US-based recruiters to run a full 360 recruitment desk within our Remote Talent Acquisition 360 model. Will have support from 40 out sourced recruiters also. This role owns client relationships, candidate strategy, and delivery while leveraging a dedicated recruiting team in India for sourcing, outreach, and early-stage candidate engagement.

You are accountable for results, not just activity.

Once a role becomes a Gold Star Job (client traction confirmed and contract signed), you fully own recruiting and placement for that role from start to finish.

A Gold Star Job is a fully qualified role where:

• Client traction is confirmed

• A contract is signed

• The role is approved to be filled immediately

Gold Star Jobs require 100% recruiting focus and delivery ownership from the US recruiter.

Core Responsibilities

1. 360 Desk Ownership (US-Based)

• Manage and grow client relationships

• Qualify job requirements with hiring managers

• Set recruiting strategy and priorities for each role

• Own accountability for fills, time-to-submit, and time-to-fill

• Act as the final decision-maker on candidate submissions

2. Gold Star Job Execution

• Take full recruiting ownership of all Gold Star Jobs

• Actively source, screen, interview, and close candidates

• Coordinate submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers

• Ensure fast turnaround and high-quality candidate presentation

• Drive roles to completion without dependency delays

3. Leveraging India-Based Recruiters

• Partner with recruiters in India to scale sourcing and outreach

• Provide clear instructions, priorities, and expectations

• Review, refine, and guide candidate pipelines

• Use India recruiters for sourcing, outreach, and early candidate engagement

4. New / Non–Gold Star Roles (Pipeline Building)

• Create detailed sourcing notes and role context

• Provide target companies, ideal profiles, and compensation guidance

• Enable India recruiters to warm the market and generate interest

5. Candidate Quality & Client Readiness

• Screen and qualify candidates before submission

• Prep candidates for client interviews

• Maintain high communication and professionalism standards
