Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help us deliver outstanding Recruitment Services for a key Canadian banking client in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. This role requires a strong blend of account management, recruitment operations leadership, and client/vendor relationship management.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the IT staffing industry, experience managing MSP or VMS programs, and proven ability to lead recruitment teams to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality candidates to our clients for jobs in the Business & IT Domains.
- Work in a fast paced environment to find talent for our clients.
- Follow a rigours recruitment process that includes extensive candidate screening & assessment before submitting them to a client.
- Work with off-shore sources to reduce your time spent on sourcing candidates and focusing on screening & accessing the qualifications of candidates.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Account Manager & Recruitment Managers to support the client’s recruitment life cycle.
- Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors / consultants / employees.
- Create & maintain effective recruitment strategies with other team members.
- Attend client meetings & provide feedback & request clarifications as needed.
- Step in as secondary Account Manager or Recruitment Manager - when a backup is needed.
- Help utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively.
- Support coordinating background checks and contract renewals.
- Monitor performance of junior recruitment team members, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
- Occasionally attend meetings in Greater Toronto Area (with clients, or for internal team meetings). Locations include Mississauga, North York, Downtown Toronto.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English language, fluency in written & oral English.
- Excellent communication skills & relationship building skills.
- Ability to create templates & automate your work across different platforms.
- Ability to adopt & integrate AI tools in your daily work.
- Expert level of understanding Linkedin Recruiter
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and MS Office Suite, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to Details.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and work in a fast paced environment.
