We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to elevate our recruitment and support our growing team.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex and high-priority searches, shape recruitment strategy, and optimize our processes to support broader business goals. You’ll use data and market insights to refine sourcing approaches, elevate the candidate experience, and mentor the team through best practices. Your expertise will help streamline hiring and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions.
- Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels.
- Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.
- Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed.
- Perform other duties as required by business needs.

You’re a confident and solutions-oriented TA professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, mentoring others, and finding creative ways to attract great talent. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay proactive when challenges arise, and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international environment (Center of excellence).
- Proven experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and exploring effective solutions.
- Proven leading or mentoring experience.
- Professional level of English
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in a consultative capacity.
