We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us grow our talent pool and formalize HR initiatives across the business.


Role Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in acquiring top-tier junior talent across Ontario, Alberta, and the USA. You will also be responsible for formalizing human resource initiatives, assisting with payroll, and supporting contract creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional who is ready to wear multiple hats, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and acquire top-tier junior talent across Ontario, Alberta, and the USA to meet the company’s growing needs.
  • HR Initiatives: Assist in the development and formalization of HR policies and initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
  • Payroll Support: Help manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Contract Creation: Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • Multi-Tasking: Wear multiple hats and manage various HR-related tasks as needed to support the team and business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Background in HR and talent acquisition, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment.
