Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement Swiss regional sales strategies, formulate sales strategies, publicize major target customers, and promote the achievement of brown goods and white goods sales goals;
2. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences, through market research and exploration, identify and seek new business opportunities in the promotional catalog market segments;
3. Deeply understand customer needs, ensure that their needs are met and resolve any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner;
4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop customized promotional catalogs and marketing materials to effectively showcase lawn mower products and drive sales;
5. Manage and train retailers, chain stores, e-commerce platforms and distributors, do a good job of sell-in\sell-out management, and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts;
6. Represent the company in trade exhibitions, including IFA and other industry exhibitions.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, graduated from marketing, sales management and other related majors, with experience in electrical companies, experience in selling televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners and other products is preferred;
2. More than five years of relevant overseas work experience, familiar with the Swiss market, and have successful sales cases;
3. Has a certain ability to withstand pressure, has strong market development and sales capabilities, and has worked deeply in the past.;
4. Have good interpersonal resources and the ability to develop interpersonal resources, and have team leadership experience and project development experience.
