Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for the position of a Chief of Staff position with World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SotG Global). As a Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for assisting the executive leadership team in managing operational activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication across different areas of the organization. You will also support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success and impact of the foundation.
Once you are onboarded you will also become the primary liaison between the Chairperson and their Council, and between the heads of our different national Working Groups. In other words, you'll be the person who makes sure that our senior leaders are updated and talking to each other in a timely fashion.
6-10 hours per week is the estimated commitment for Swiss CoS,
If more hours per week is also feasible for you, then a Continental CoS for one of our divisions could be discussed after the initial provisional period.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and volunteer-based environment
- Experience in coordinating and managing complex projects

- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools
