- Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet individual client needs
- Design and create custom travel itineraries that reflect clients' preferences and ensure a memorable journey
- Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for seamless follow-up
- Stay informed about travel industry trends and destination highlights to provide current and relevant advice
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable
- Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial
- A passion for travel with good knowledge of various destinations and cultures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to excellent customer service
- Able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions with ease
- Proficient with CRM systems and standard software applications
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation costs covered by the company
