In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the Swedish-speaking audience.

- Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Swedish
- Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content according to company protocols
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support and improve content moderation strategies and community engagement
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, platform guidelines, and best practices in content moderation
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy
