- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with standard office software
