- Participate in continuous training to improve service delivery and product understanding
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with CRM tools and computer proficiency
