- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, game rules, promotions, and technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any complex issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming regulations, and company policies to provide informed support
- Fluency in Swedish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Knowledge of gaming platforms and an understanding of player behavior is an advantage
