- Manage inquiries related to subscription services via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
- Resolve issues and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
- Stay informed about company products and industry trends to better assist customers
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
