Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and warmth in every interaction
• Guide customers through our products and services, offering clear and helpful information
• Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, promoting high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer exchanges and follow up to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with various departments to continuously enhance service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within a multilingual environment, is preferred
• Strong communication skills, focused on establishing positive customer relationships
• Effective problem-solving skills, emphasizing a customer-first approach
• Comfortable with using computer systems and CRM software
• A proactive attitude, enthusiasm for cultural experiences, and readiness to relocate to Greece
