- Handle customer inquiries about HealthTech products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide comprehensive information regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery
- Stay informed about developments in health technology to provide clients with up-to-date information
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the HealthTech or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
