- Respond to customer inquiries regarding health technology products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Guide customers through product features, usage, and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Assist healthcare professionals in understanding and utilizing health technology solutions effectively
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide precise assistance
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general IT applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
