This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, customer service, and experiencing a vibrant culture. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and support them in enjoying a seamless food delivery experience, all while communicating effectively in Swedish.

- Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, delivery statuses, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide accurate information about menu options, promotions, and delivery processes
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
- Address customer complaints and offer solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
- Collaborate with restaurant partners and internal teams to facilitate an outstanding delivery experience
- Stay updated on local restaurant offerings and industry trends to provide relevant insights to customers
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary
