- Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide accurate information on account management, payment processing, and financial solutions
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support
- Promote a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mentality
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary
