- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, orders, shipping, and returns via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
- Provide comprehensive information about promotions, product specifications, and E-commerce policies
- Assist customers with navigating the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs efficiently
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features to enhance customer interactions
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce sector, is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and general e-commerce platforms is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
