As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and issues, all while communicating in Swedish.

- Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish
- Provide detailed information about bookings, payment options, and cancellation policies
- Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on promotions, system updates, and travel trends to enhance customer interactions
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and online communication tools
