- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and continuity
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a tech or retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
