In this role, you will assist Swedish-speaking customers with their travel bookings, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as they plan their travels.

- Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and assisting with bookings
- Help customers navigate the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Document interactions in the CRM system for continuous improvement and quality assurance of service
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer experiences
- Stay updated on Booking.com's products, services, and policies to provide accurate advice to customers
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively analyze problems and provide timely solutions with a positive approach
- Experience with CRM software and online booking systems is beneficial
- Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the Greek culture
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
