Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of Swedish-speaking clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve a win-win for clients and the company
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and competitor activities to provide informed guidance to clients
- Document all sales activities accurately within the CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet collective targets and share insights and strategies
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken;
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B setting;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in overcoming challenges
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
