- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective record-keeping and future reference
- Work collaboratively with logistics and operational teams to address customer concerns and improve service efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest company offerings, shipments, and delivery processes to provide informed assistance to customers
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within the delivery or logistics industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on creating positive customer experiences
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer service mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial
