- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers

- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions
- Process warranty claims, repairs, and product replacements
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
- Adapt to changing situations and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected or challenging situations
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage
