- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality
- Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies
- Exceptional fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required
- Experience in customer service, preferably with consumer brands or retail sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for remote work
