About This Opportunity: As the SVP of Product, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless product development and delivery. You will lead our high-performing Product teams, optimize workflows, collaborate across departments, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance user satisfaction. You will own our product roadmap, oversee go-to-market execution, monitor performance metrics, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise product strategy to include a full roadmap vision for a 3-to-5-year vision, aligned with business objectives and long-term growth
  • Build and execute product plans for point solutions, multiple point packages, and a fully integrated product solution
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals. This will include the reporting package recommendations for the product deliverable and the performance measurement of product performance.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce structured product development processes to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
  • Oversee the marketing function that is responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy to drive growth, optimize performance, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manages and employes market analysis, brand positioning, demand generation, and customer acquisition while leveraging advanced analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution and alignment with company priorities
  • Define metrics proving the viability and return on investment for product; use data from customers in a prospective manner to drive sales and in a retrospective manner to ensure retention and drive future health plan strategies
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic business impact and customer needs
  • Optimize workflows and implement recognized best practices for product launches, pricing, and positioning
  • Clearly articulate product vision, progress, and strategy to executive leadership, investors, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
  • Oversee key performance metrics, track product success, and iterate on strategies to enhance outcomes

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on execution and meeting deadlines
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

A plus if you have:

  • MBA preferred
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or related industry
