Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading global Pharmaceutical company, who is searching for a visionary and results-driven SVP Commercial to join their executive leadership team.
This is a critical strategic role with full responsibility for global commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across key therapeutic areas.
SVP Commercial - Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company’s global commercial strategy across all product portfolios and regions
- Oversee commercial operations, sales, marketing, market access, and pricing strategy across international markets
- Build and mentor a high-performing commercial organisation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive product lifecycle success
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, key customers, and healthcare stakeholders
- Drive market expansion, go-to-market strategies, and product launches in alignment with global and regional goals
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to long-term organisational planning and performance
SVP Commercial - Requirements:
- Proven track record of commercial leadership at a senior/executive level within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Experience managing global commercial operations across multiple regions (Europe, North America, APAC)
- Strong understanding of market access, pricing, and regulatory dynamics across diverse healthcare systems
- Demonstrated success in building and leading international commercial teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability in complex, matrixed environments
- Must be eligible to work in the EU or UK - visa sponsorship is not available
